I have been shopping for a new vehicle for 3 months. My quest had taken me to the Big 3, and just about everyone else. I have had some really bad experiences. I can write a book about them.

My quest led me to Three County VW. I was there approx. 2 weeks ago, to check out and compare 2 vehicles, and the salesman, who “helped” me didn’t. I was given a card and that’s about it. The card found its way into file 13.

I decided to give them another shot on Memorial Day, and was greeted by the ultimate professional. Gary Santostefano. Gary was WONDERFUL to work with. Not only did Gary MEET my expectations, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I fell in love with a beauty…CC that was on the showroom floor. He gave me all the information I needed, then said, “test drive it!” Gary made the experience “unforgettable”, which is something that I personally strive for in my own store. It was easy and FUN! THIS IS HOW BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE! I picked my “baby” up on Saturday. The attention to detail that Gary gave to me and my new car was amazing. My plates were already on, and the car was sparkling!
