Easy to do business with
June 4th, 2009I went to this dealership around the middle of May. My first experience was lukewarm, but then again, I was torn between a Tiguan and CC. The first salesman I met was nice, but just handed me his card and walked away from me. NO attempt to get my information, not even my name, no welcome….nothing. I am a sales manager, and that is a big NO NO.
I decided on Memorial Day, to go again. This time with a CC being my vehicle of choice.
I was met by a WONDERFUL salesman, Gary Santosefano. He was great! I fell in love with the CC on the showroom floor. He answered all my questions, and had me take one out for a drive. That was it for me! Gary went ABOVE AND BEYOND, being gracious, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY professional. He made my experience unforgettable.
I purchased my car, and picked it up this past weekend. Gary was great to deal with. He treated my as if I were a member of his family. If I didn’t meet him, I probably wouldn’t have purchased there.
Give them a shot, and ask for Gary. You will not be sorry.
