Very easy to do business with!
July 8th, 2010I went in for a test drive from an online car search. I was passively looking for a car and was not planning on purchasing any time soon. When I reached out to 3County and set an appointment to come out I was met with customer service that exceeded my expectations.
Coming from the city, I took a train out to Lyndhurst and Craig P. offered to pick me up at the train station. Craig was polite, presentable, and very cordial. He walked me around the lot and showed me their inventory.
He was a no-pressure sales guy with good knowledge of VW. He answered all of my questions, offered me to test drive multiple cars and put the ball in my court. We discussed pricing, and basically gave me the best deals and allowed me to decide.
I enjoyed working with him and I am now happy with a new car! For someone who was not planning on purchasing a car so soon, my experience with the dealership and sales staff made it very easy to do business with.
