We recently had a terrific experience at Three County Volkswagon. Our salesman, Stan, was very knowledgeable and not overbearing. He was very honest, and provided extremely fair pricing. Jeff, the finance manager was terrific to deal with as well, and was able to get things squared away seamlessly. We were introduced to the service department and even scheduled our first maintenance appointment before taking the car home. Overall service was outstanding, and quite honestly better than any dealership we’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend Three County Volkswagon to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I have to say that my experience with three county VWcould not possibly have been any better. Gary is sales was friendly, thorough, and was very familiar with the vehicle i was purchasing. The model I was looking for was not in inventory , yet they managed to find it , transfer it , and have it ready for pick up within 48 hours. Jeff in finance was also extremely friendly and thorough. I ended up purchasing the extended warranty and tire and wheel package on Jeff’s recommendation and have no question that i was steered in the right direction. You leave three county with the knowing that at the core of the dealership is the objective to keep you as a customer for life not just to secure a one time sale.

You know that ugly feeling you get thinking about did I make a good decision or not? Louie Terranova, was our salesman and is in the business to sell cars but his first priority was to make us informed buyers. He is a gentleman that knows his product and the automobile market. He is a patient professional. If a VW is on your list of potential auto choices, I would make Three County a must visit to at a minimum get well informed without a high pressure sales pitch. We did extensive internet research on cost, options and incentives – Three County gave us a very fair hassle free price and Jeff made the finance process a breeze.
