I felt comfortable and welcomed at Three County Volkswagen!December 28th, 2011
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Tri-County and I must say it was a great overall experience. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcome. It was by far the easiest transition from my former vehicle to a new car that I have ever had. The members of the Tri-County team were all very friendly as well as thorough and walked me through every step of the process. They followed through on every aspect on their end of the deal. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience dealing with Scott and his staff. Thank you Tri-County!

Quick and painless VW Passat buying experience…November 15th, 2011
Purchased a pre-owned Passat and never have had an easier time purchasing a car than my experience at Three County. Gary and Scott made the transition to this car seamless and smooth. I would highly recommend this dealer to anybody interested in purchasing a VW. Shopping for cars can be a headache, but i was able to purchase my car, have all my questions answered, and still return to my office by lunchtime. I highly recommend Three County.

Visited your VW dealership in NJ from VTNovember 12th, 2011
My husband and I visited your dealership while we were in NJ. Since we travel often to NJ, we considered purchasing a VW vehicle in NJ. That would allow us to drive from VT, visit family who live nearby and leave our car for service at the same time. We heard about your dealership from family members and decided to stop in and assess things for ourselves. Spending any time at an auto dealership is something I would much prefer not to do, based on many years of experience in several states. I realize times have changed these last few years due to the economy and customer service has probably improved as a result. However, I don’t think the kind of interaction we had at Three County was something recently implemented. We had the distinct impression that the way we were treated was not novel – that your courteous, well informed staff are used to dealing professionally with prospective customers. We were impressed – impressed enough to send this e-mail. All too often, people are quick to complain, myself included. Seldom, do we take the time to express satisfaction for a job well done. Interacting with Scott Senior explains why this is the norm. We’ve not yet decided what to do about purchasing a new vehicle. Again, the economy factors into our decision, at least until the end of the year. If we decide to go with our plan to buy in NJ, you may be sure we will revisit your dealership. Thank you, unitmom1

First VW from Three County VW!November 5th, 2011
We just bought our first VW at Three County VW and are really glad we did. Not only did we feel like everyone went out of their way to be helpful, I found it very reassuring to hear staff talk about what a great place it is to work. That says a lot. And the car? Impeccable condition. We look forward to driving it for many years to come.

Every three years I lease a new red Jetta from Three County VW.October 29th, 2011
The service and attention I receive from the staff is outstanding. They make my every three year transition a pleasure. The service department is excellent as well. The owner and managers have always made sure to personally see that I am satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership for a great auto buying experience.

This was my BEST car shopping experience EVER! It’s my first time leasing, and Gary made my ENTIRE transition a pleasant one! Honesty, professionalism and courtesy were all demonstrated and executed by Gary at all times, and I was at Three Country VW for only approximately 1 & 1/2 hours. I am extremely excited to drive my brand new 2012 Jetta S, and once again Gary Santostefano made this possible! Gary has been in the business for 35 years, and he made sure to “prep.” me and inform me about EVERYTHING that comes along with leasing a car from his dealership. Best car buying experience at 3 County VW I have ever had.October 13th, 2011
Honest, straight forward, personable, knowledgeable and just nice people. Gary is an outstanding guy and a great salesman, and Scott (the owner) went out of his way to make sure we were happy and being taken care of. You can tell that his personality and honesty trickles down throughout the entire business. I highly recommend buying your car from Three County VW.

Friendly VW NJ Staff at Three County VolkswagenSeptember 3rd, 2011
A Friend recommended Three County Volkswagen to me and despite being over 35 minutes away from my home I was more than pleased with my experience there and will gladly return in the future. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the prices were too. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever made. There was no pressure to buy, they were exceptionally accommodating and made sure that the car I bought was the right one for me. I would recommend Three County Volkswagen to anyone.

Ozzy, the general manager and Roberto, the salesman, were complete gentlemen. It was a pleasure to work with both of them! They put a deal together that I felt comfortable with and they did not pressure me. Roberto showed me all of the features on the car and introduced me to the service department. The service department even scheduled a free maintenance check up for me in 90 days. Roberto made sure that I didn’t leave the dealership until I was happy and comfortable with my deal. I would highly recommend this dealership!

The general manager, Ozzy, was extremely professional, nice, and accommodating to my situation. Roberto and Ozzy worked out a deal that fit my budget and needs. They were both great to work with and true gentlemen! I had a wonderful experience dealing with them. If anyone is looking for a VW, I highly recommend Three County VW in Lyndhurst, NJ! Ask for Roberto because he will take care of you and he didn’t let me leave unless I was fully satisfied and knew everything there was to know about the car. He also introduced me to the service department and they were great as well. They even scheduled an appointment for my first free maintenance check-up.
