I recently purchased a used vehicle from Tri-County and I must say it was a great overall experience. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcome. It was by far the easiest transition from my former vehicle to a new car that I have ever had. The members of the Tri-County team were all very friendly as well as thorough and walked me through every step of the process. They followed through on every aspect on their end of the deal. This was my BEST car shopping experience EVER! It’s my first time leasing, and Gary made my ENTIRE transition a pleasant one! Honesty, professionalism and courtesy were all demonstrated and executed by Gary at all times, and I was at Three Country VW for only approximately 1 & 1/2 hours. I am extremely excited to drive my brand new 2012 Jetta S, and once again Gary Santostefano made this possible! Gary has been in the business for 35 years, and he made sure to “prep.” me and inform me about EVERYTHING that comes along with leasing a car from his dealership. Friendly VW NJ Staff at Three County VolkswagenSeptember 3rd, 2011
A Friend recommended Three County Volkswagen to me and despite being over 35 minutes away from my home I was more than pleased with my experience there and will gladly return in the future. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the prices were too. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever made. There was no pressure to buy, they were exceptionally accommodating and made sure that the car I bought was the right one for me. I would recommend Three County Volkswagen to anyone.

Ozzy, the general manager and Roberto, the salesman, were complete gentlemen. It was a pleasure to work with both of them! They put a deal together that I felt comfortable with and they did not pressure me. Roberto showed me all of the features on the car and introduced me to the service department. The service department even scheduled a free maintenance check up for me in 90 days. Roberto made sure that I didn’t leave the dealership until I was happy and comfortable with my deal. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Excellent Service from start to finish!April 24th, 2011
Excellent Service from start to finish! Initially requested figures over the phone. I specified the amount I was willing to pay upfront, the vehicle I was interested in and the monthly payments I had budgeted for. This was based on an advertisement for a VW CC lease placed on their website. http://threecountyvw.com . Gary called me back shortly with a great deal, which met my requirements and held true to their advertisement.
My wife and I visited the store on Friday for a drive and was very impressed with the staff and the vehicle. Terence Holmes the Salesman and Don the Sales manager worked with me to finalize the numbers, they were not pushy and allowed me to leave the store and give it thought. We called back later the afternoon and accepted the deal. On Saturday when we went to sign the papers everything was prepared and ready for us. Within an hour we had driven off the lot in our new vehicle.
Due to the rain on the day, they were not able to wash the car but asked for me to allow time when I collected the plates so they could do a decent detail on the car.
Three Country VW was phenominal, they are professional and courteous.

Louie at Three County VW was TerrificFebruary 15th, 2011
Louie was terrific – he’s all about the customer. He was a great advisor and listened carefully to what was important to me. Acting like the professional that he is, he was able to identify the right car for me and when I started to veer away from my original specifications, he tactfully got me back on track. He handled all the paperwork, changed the plates and gave me a thorough tour of the car and it’s many features. Twice!

“Great dealership! I’ve been going to Three County Volkswagen for nearly 10 years! It has always offered incredible and Fast services with super friendly and knowledgable staff working the show room floor, and especially the parts department. I was offered a loaner car while my car was tuned up. They also professionally washed my car from top to bottom, inside and out! As always, no hidden parts of labor charges, as well as top notch work done to my Jetta.
If you are gonna go to a VW dealership, 100% make it THREE COUNTY VOLKSWAGEN!

They were very considerate and helped me at every turn. They showed me everything I never knew about VW and gave me an incredible deal on the JETTA I really wanted. I would highly recommend them as a dealership to all my friends. My best friend told me to go there and he was totally right. He’s never had a problem with the service department or anything there, and he has almost 150K miles on his JETTA… Thank you ThreeCountyVW, I’ll be back for my next car. :)
