Roberto, salesman, and Ozzy, the General Manager at Three County VW are wonderful!August 3rd, 2011
The general manager, Ozzy, was extremely professional, nice, and accommodating to my situation. Roberto and Ozzy worked out a deal that fit my budget and needs. They were both great to work with and true gentlemen! I had a wonderful experience dealing with them. If anyone is looking for a VW, I highly recommend Three County VW in Lyndhurst, NJ! Ask for Roberto because he will take care of you and he didn’t let me leave unless I was fully satisfied and knew everything there was to know about the car. He also introduced me to the service department and they were great as well. They even scheduled an appointment for my first free maintenance check-up.

After buying higher end cars at BMW (2 cars) and Range Rover, can honestly say I had the best experience with Louise Terranova and 3CountyVW. Excellent customer service, nice selection, upmost honesty, and such nice people! l never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually looking forward to finding our next car with Louie.

I leased a new CC from Three County a few months ago. The follow up and service from this dealership has been excellent. The owner (Scott Senior) introduced us to a knowledable sales person (Gary) and my experience from that point on has been nothing short of 1st class.
I will buy again from Three County. Real honest & sincere is their approach. I normally hate buying a car and dread when my lease comes up. Three County made it a positive experience and I reccomend them to all my friends & family.

Easy to do business withJune 4th, 2009
I went to this dealership around the middle of May. My first experience was lukewarm, but then again, I was torn between a Tiguan and CC. The first salesman I met was nice, but just handed me his card and walked away from me. NO attempt to get my information, not even my name, no welcome….nothing. I am a sales manager, and that is a big NO NO.
I decided on Memorial Day, to go again. This time with a CC being my vehicle of choice.
I was met by a WONDERFUL salesman, Gary Santosefano. He was great! I fell in love with the CC on the showroom floor. He answered all my questions, and had me take one out for a drive. That was it for me! Gary went ABOVE AND BEYOND, being gracious, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY professional. He made my experience unforgettable.
I purchased my car, and picked it up this past weekend. Gary was great to deal with. He treated my as if I were a member of his family. If I didn’t meet him, I probably wouldn’t have purchased there.
Give them a shot, and ask for Gary. You will not be sorry.
